Trail Stamp Collage

CHANCE TO VOTE FOR TRAIL STAMP Thursday, 24 January 2019

We’re proud to say that the Castle is now a stop on the Pilgrim’s Trail, which charts Saint Godric’s historic journey from Finchale Priory to the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, Northern Spain.

Traditionally, those taking part collect a stamp in their trail passport to show which stops they’ve visited.

We asked local school pupils to help design the stamp representing Auckland Castle – and now we need you to choose the winner.

After receiving more than 100 entries, we have whittled them down to three and local design agency Curious12 have created a mock-up for each stamp, which you can see on the left.

To back your favourite, please visit our Facebook page here, and comment, one, two or three to cast your vote, or call into No.42 where all three stamps are on display.

Voting will close on 23 February and we’ll announce the winner soon after.
